UNIQLO PHILLY // STORE OPENING CASE STUDY
Uniqlo reached out to us to help get Philly psyched about their store opening there -- the first one in the city. We singled out 16 awesome Philedelphian influencers to herald the arrival, invited them to the opening, and guided them in creating awesome posts using the hashtag #UniqloPhilly .
We not only created buzz during the opening, but before it, too: influencers like @streetsdept and @darrenburton_ posted creative photos and promos before to increase hype. Alongside other OS influencers, they ran sweepstakes on their accounts, taking one lucky follower to the event to meet DJ QuestLove.
Their participation made Uniqlo’s opening on the fashion scene in Philly significant, as we showed clear opt-in for the Uniqlo brand from some of the city’s tastemakers, movers and shakers.
The project got over 21 million impressions in the week of the store opening -- all powered by members of the OS community !
